10:00 a.m. - Meet your expert Bambusa guide at your hotel.
10:15 to 12:00 p.m. - Inside the Hacienda, a table with everything you need for a professional cupping session will be ready. Accompanied by your guide, also an expert barista, you will learn all about the flavors and aromas of different coffees, as well as their preparation and cupping skills to learn how to prepare and enjoy a quality cup.
