Driving from El Caimo

This route is recommended for sedan-type cars or for those coming from the north.
This road is semi-paved and uneven in some sections.

Search your GPS for "Tambo El Edén, Armenia Quindío".
Once you have reached this point, take the entrance road to El Caimo and head southwest.

Further on you will find a fork in the road with a monument to the Virgin Mary. Take the road to the left and continue heading southwest. You will have to drive approximately 9 kilometers (5.6 miles) to the gate of the hacienda. It will take about 30 minutes on a semi-paved road.

On the way you will find the entrance to Finca La Morelia on the right hand side. Continue driving in the same direction.

A few meters further on from Finca La Morelia, you will find a fork on the road, continue along the road you're on without turning right.

You should find a coffee shop "Cafe 360 Grados" on your left. Continue driving in the same direction.

You will find a yellow sign indicating that you have traveled 6 kilometers (3.7 miles). Continue on driving and after 3 kilometers you will find the entrance gate to Hacienda Bambusa.

The Alicia Adorada farm will be on the left side of the road, keep on driving and then turn right.

On the right side you must find the Santa Lucía farm. Continue driving in the same direction.

Soon you will find yourself surrounded by coffee plantations on both sides of the road. Pay attention, because the gate to Hacienda Bambusa is very close.

A few meters ahead, you'll come to La Mina farm. Continue driving straight along the same road.

As you continue, the path winds through a lush bamboo forest before guiding you over a bridge above a creek.
